My car collapsed on Friday morning. Have you heard about my emotional attachment to my car and her creator? If you have, then you already know...the raw reminders of what was...the sickening yearning to re-connect. Help me. No, never mind. I can do this. I CAN. Truthfully, the pain feels quieter. The break-down of my car came to reinforce that I don't need the addiction to chaos.I don't need LOVE/HATE, LOVE/HATE, LOVE/HATE. It was sufficating my huge capacity for the light...and I am grateful. For the message in the bottle...the billboard...the nudge...the abandonment...the solitude.

Through some sort of random indiscretion, I hear this: SHE DESERVES IT!

(Oh yeah? What???? What do I deserve???)

Phat News For YOU!

On Saturday, October 4th "PHAT LOVE & the thin girl" performed a SOLD-OUT show at the ROCKHEAD PUB in Windsor, Ontario. Truck-loads of thanks to everyone who came out to support!!! We hope to visit Windsor again very soon!!! Special thanks to Kathy Culver who organized, promoted and put up with ME.....MEH!

The next show is in TORONTO (home of the PHAT GIRL) on Saturday, November 22nd at Clinton's Tavern in the back room. You really need to be there. NEED. (Even the word sounds 'needy'...errr something...) Anywhosers here's the 411:
